  As professionally trained stagers, we showcase architectural highlights and focal points, optimize space, and appeal to the buyers' emotions by creating an inviting environment they can envision themselves living in. We work our magic for the Seller by thinking like a Buyer! Our goal is to have the Buyer walk into a house and "fall in love" and "know they are home". Home Staging often results in higher offers and quicker sales.

• Moving In and Moving Out Services
  Don't add to the hassle of moving by trying to unpack and  
  decide where the furniture should be placed. We will set up
  your new home; thereby saving you both TIME and MONEY.
  You save TIME because while we are placing your furniture and 
  accessories, you are free to handle the many other details of 
  your move. You save MONEY, because we plan the furniture 
  placement using what you already have, so there's no need to 
  purchase new furniture and/or accessories. You'll quickly feel 
  less stress and more comfortable in your new surroundings.

  Consultation  This is a walk through consultation, where we make recommendations and give advice for each room in the house. Color and style, accessorizing, storage, window dressing and artwork will all be discussed. After the consultation a written overview will follow.
